Launceston College (Learning Environment)
 SWH Build refurbished the specialist Technology College's kitchen, dining room, hallway and toilets. We stripped out some existing facilities and formed new masonry and stud walls.
Works included suspended ceilings and floor coverings. All decoration and mechanical and electrical works for the College were also carried out by SWH Build.

Brynsworthy Recycling Centre (Commercial Premises)
This £4.1 million scheme, for North Devon District Council, involved the conversion and extension of a former meat processing plant to allow for the relocation of the council works unit.
Work also included installing solar panels and construction of a remote office and base for a weighstation.

Torridge District Council - Appledore (Design & Build)
Appledore is a living archive of fishing village architecture with the fisherman's cottages facing the sea.
The local fishing industry continues to play its part in the local economy and in 2007, Torridge District Council decided to invest in modernising the facilities for the local fisherman.
