Work includes demolition and site clearance; on and off site highway works including roads; roundabouts; footways; cycleways; street lighting; on and off foul sewer and surface water drainage including a crated attenuation tank; the provision and diversion of utility services including gas, water, electricity and communications, and landscaping to form a high quality sustainalbe business park.
