SWH Wins Roundswell Project - Tuesday 30 June 2009
SWH Build is delighted to announce that they have been awarded a project worth £4.2million by North Devon District Council. The Roundswell Project includes mjor alterations to an existing building to form offices , workshops and a new extension, which will incorporate a recycling centre. External works will include a new concrete service yard as well as extensive improvements to the existing site infrastructure.

The contract will be completed by April 2010. SWH Civils also won the contract to build a public highway road to improve access to the building.
