St. Austell Breweries - Mill on the Exe, Exeter.
Mill on the Exe is a large public house overlooking the River Exe, owned by leading regional brewers St Austell Brewery. The Manager, Paul Wright was looking for a company to provide a complete building maintenance service, and was impressed by our work completing the external decoration of The Dolphin public house in Exeter, as well as our work building Miller's Crossing, the bridge over the weir just outside his pub.

Our inhouse experience across a broad range of disciplines reduces our reliance on specialist subcontractors. This was particularly useful at the Mill on the Exe during a period of heavy rain, when the river threatened to breach its banks and we were called upon th complete flood defence work.

Since commencing work for St Austell Breweries we have worked on the pub's air conditioning, interior decoration, plumbing and electrical repairs, platering, glazing, guttering and roofing. We have also installed a smoking canopy with a steel structure inline with the recent smoking ban.
