NVQs assess the skills and abilities of your workforce and reward them with certification in one or more disciplines. It is the major step in enabling your staff to hold a full CSCS card. To qualify the work force in this way limits the amount of time operatives are required to leave site. The assessments are undertaken whilst they are working, with only a small proportion of downtime required. There is often funding available to offset some of the cost.
