Course description
The NVQ in Management at Level 3 is aimed at first line managers.
If you are an experienced manager with previous management training,
you can gain accreditation for your current skills and experience
via our highly regarded professional discussion route.
Who will benefit from this course?
Working with one of our experienced assessors in your workplace,
you describe how what you do matches up to nationally recognised
standards of good practice. You then back up your verbal reports
with evidence produced from your day-to-day work; reports, memos,
e-mail trails, etc. Your assessor will highlight your strengths
and indicate areas where you could usefully develop or update
your practice. You will find this is a much quicker, yet satisfying,
approach to achieving an NVQ than the usual ‘portfolio’
approach.
Duration of the course
Flexible
