A Level 3 qualification aimed at supervisors and 1st line
managers. This National Vocational Qualification will enable
your staff to gain their CSCS card.
Membership
to some Professional Institutes is now accepted through a vocational
route of entry. The Level 3 NVQ is awarded by assessing the
skills and abilities supervisors use every day, against the
National Occupational Standards.
The Mandatory Units for this NVQ:
Assess work methods, resources
and systems to meet works requirements
Implement works
and health and safety systems to meet project requirements.
Contribute to
controlling work quality, progress and cost
Contribute to
productive working relationships
Contribute to
the performance of teams, individuals and self
Supervise materials,
plant and equipment on site Construction
