The Assessors:
With a range of trades and specialties within the construction
industry, they will meet your operatives on site, work very
closely with them to ensure they provide the evidence and consistently
prove their competence in what they do in their job every day.
The assessors will photograph, document and record the operatives
doing their job, resulting in minimum down time. The end result
of the NVQ process will enable your staff to hold a qualification
for what they do for you, an NVQ and a CSCS card enabling you
as a company to demonstrate to your clients the competence and
qualifications of your staff.

The Admin Team:
Andrea Hodges, Rachael Snell, Barrie Worth and Camilla Strawbridge.
It is this team that enables all we do as SWH Training to work
effectively and efficiently, resulting in you the customer getting
what you want. They will help you to book courses, discuss the
various funding initiatives that may be available to you, help
you register for CSCS or CPCS, and generally take the hassle
and confusion out of the paperwork which qualifying the workforce
generates. |
